Since inception, Jaffer Developments has constructed and renovated an excess of 400,000 square feet of space in North America. Hospitality Projects
Jaffer Developments has a proven track record of turning underperforming hotel properties around. We have helped hotels with deteriorating guest loyalty, low occupancy, and poor customer service improve through brand-wide product improvement plans (PIP). Our expertise in hospitality developments includes complying with brand franchise standards and design specifications through property renovations, enhancements, and upgrades.

Our entry to the U.S. hospitality market in 2013 was brought on by our previous experience in restructuring two properties in Edmonton, Alberta: Yellowhead Inn and Coliseum Inn. All hotels that have undergone property improvements with Jaffer Developments have seen steady growth and a return on investment.
